A detailed, service that analyzes your hair features, products and hair health.
This full service is done in two phases. Our process begins with:
Part One: Comprehensive hair & product assessments and a phone consultation.
Part Two: Your hair's physical features & condition are examined. You'll receive a detailed Report that discusses the data and results. (Part One must be completed first)
Information from Part One & Two are combined to provide product recommendations and create an "individualized" Hair Care Plan (IHCP) just for you.

This plan is for anyone who has already purchased and received a Porosity Test.
You have test results in your hands and decided you want assistance with products or with managing your hair.
We'll put together a working regimen based on your hair analysis.
You'll receive additional hair & product assessments, phone consultation and a personal "individualized" hair care plan (IHCP) with product recommendations. $85

sERVICE pROCESS AND POLICY
Hair Analysis Testing and Report
We use both high-powered, high-resolution microscopes to measure and record your hairs physical properties, such as hair porosity, strand texture (width) and hair type (shape & wave pattern). We use this information to generate a report that gives you detailed results about your hair; photos are included.
Hair Sample Processing
After you place an order and purchase our porosity test, we will send an order form and a hair collection form link that gives you instructions on how to start the online pre-analysis hair assessments and how to collect and mail in your hair samples to NIT Labs.
Hair Testing & Report Turn Around Time
Hair samples are processed and tested in the order in which they are received by mail.
We will send an e-mail verifying receipt of your hair samples and to let you know when your analysis report is complete.
Porosity testing is done offsite and can take 14 to 30 days to complete. Once porosity and all test results are received, the turn-around time for entire analysis report will be 5 - 10 business days.
We strive to deliver results as fast as possible but if orders are on back order, results can take up to 60 - 90 days. A notice will be posted in that event.
